Cancellations
All cancellations 8 hours before scheduled start times are classified as ‘early’, memberships will not incur a late cancellation fee, and pack holders will receive their credit back.
All cancellations 8 hours after scheduled start times are classified as ‘late’, memberships will incur a late cancellation fee (see below), and pack holders will forfeit their credit.
All clients, regardless of membership type (package or subscription) are liable for an absent fee.
Standard Late Cancel Fee $15
Peak Late Cancel Fee $20
Absent Fee $30
* Cancellation fees still apply and are not subject to discount (i.e. a late cancel fee is not discounted by 15% for students)
