You are not obliged to provide your personal information to Embia House, however, without certain information it may not be possible for Embia House to provide its products and/or services to you.

  • To deliver customer service and member support, using member data to handle inquiries, respond to feedback or complaints, and provide assistance related to services.

  • For security and access control, to ensure that the premises are safe and secure.

  • For payment and billing, including processing fees, issuing invoices, and managing payment methods (e.g. credit card information).

  • To provide you marketing and promotional materials, when we have your consent.

All Momence. servers are located in Irvine California, for further information relating to Momence Inc’s privacy policy please refer to their website. Secure data protect mechanisms are employed by Momence Inc. to ensure the safety of your data, and Embia House will not transfer your information overseas for any other purpose. By providing Embia House with your personal information, you consent to this disclosure of your personal information.
