A day to reimagine what’s possible: what a piece could become and how shared moments bring us together.

If you’re a seller with beautiful, intentional pre-loved pieces - this is your invitation to join us.
Each stall includes:
X1 clothing rack (40-60 items approx.)
Dedicated setup time (no early-morning chaos)
Full access to Embia House facilities (bathrooms, power outlets, changing rooms)
On-site support from our friendly team
Security presence
Stallholder fee: $100 early-bird (limited spots - only first 15), then $150 standard.
Includes your setup space, promotion, and support throughout the day.

Yes! If you both have a large number of items, we recommend booking two stalls. We’ll make sure you’re placed side by side.

Setup begins at 12:45PM, with doors opening to the public at 2PM.

We promise - no ghosting. If you don’t hear back within 24 hours, it means this round was full. But please reapply for future events - our lineup changes every time.

$100 early bird (first 15 stallholders), then $150 standard. All non-refundable to ensure fair booking.

Yes. We’ll have a friendly on-site security presence to keep the event safe and relaxed for everyone.

Most stallholders accept card and cash & transfer. We recommend bringing both just in case.

There’s surrounding street parking and nearby public transport (we’re a short walk from Richmond Station).
